- Gemmology
- Levels 1 & 2, National Institute of Gemmology, Paris. Formal training in diamonds and coloured stones — identification, grading and handling.
- Workshop coordination
- Bespoke commissions run from first brief to final delivery, working with goldsmiths and external workshops in Hatton Garden and beyond.
- Quality control
- Inspecting work returned from workshops — engraving, re-tipping, repairs — against the brief, and deciding what passed and what went back.
- Hallmarking
- Pieces taken to the assay office and tracked through to return, with the documentation that goes with them.
- Production & suppliers
- Four years managing overseas manufacturers for an independent apparel brand: specification, tech packs, sampling, approvals, quality checks and delivery timelines.
- Stock & records
- A 227-SKU catalogue kept accurate — product data, stock levels, goods in and out, purchase orders and supplier administration.
- Design & drawing
- Applied arts and interior design training. Design sketching, technical specification packs, and production artwork in Adobe Illustrator.
- Languages
- English and French, fluent in both, written and spoken.
